Plagiarism Policy of IJDMSE
The International Journal of Development of MathSci Education (IJDMSE) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published quarterly. The journal strictly adheres to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan's plagiarism policies, particularly regarding the Turnitin Originality Report.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited, and IJDMSE follows a zero-tolerance approach toward plagiarism and academic misconduct.
Acceptable Similarity Index: Manuscripts must have an overall similarity index of 19% or less, with no single source exceeding 3%, as per HEC guidelines.
Proper Attribution: Authors must ensure that all text, figures, graphs, and ideas from other sources are properly cited. Direct quotations should be limited, and appropriate referencing is mandatory.
Author Declaration: Upon submission, authors must declare the originality of their work and properly cite any previous research referenced in their manuscript.
Plagiarism Detection & Consequences:
If plagiarism is detected during peer review, the manuscript will be rejected immediately.
If plagiarism is identified post-publication, the journal reserves the right to issue a correction or retract the paper.
